Tom has over 20 years experience supporting growing entrepreneurial and family owned businesses throughout the business life cycle.

Having held senior roles with KPMG, EY and BDO he specialises in advising on tax-efficient business structuring, exit planning and strategies to help his clients meet their objectives whilst mitigating tax costs and risks at both the business and shareholder level.

Tom also works extensively in the real estate sector, with significant experience helping property investors, developers, real estate funds, construction businesses and owner occupiers to unlock additional value from their property assets and transactions undertaken.
