Investor in Customers is an independent, academically approved assessment of excellence in the field of client service and client relationships, helping organisations to improve client satisfaction levels and the customer experience they deliver. BHP recently undertook our second assessment and retained the “gold” standard award, the highest attainable, which is only given to companies that consistently meet the standards laid down in all aspects, to a high level.
Made in Yorkshire
Made in Yorkshire (MIY) is a community of manufacturing/engineering MDs, CEOs and Directors are trading and collaborating with each other; addressing specific issues such as skills, productivity, marketing, increasing sales, Brexit. Sharing best practice through regular factory visits and targeted working groups and by providing rich content interviews through Made in Yorkshire TV. MIY create a link between our manufacturers and central government to give Yorkshire industry an authentic voice. MIY get together once a year at the Made in Yorkshire expo (usually around 800 delegates) to show the breadth of Yorkshire manufacturing in the region and for a more relaxed get together. They are growing fast and now represent £2.9bn of the Yorkshire economy and 16,600 employees. In a nutshell, MIY members join us to trade, collaborate and showcase the most innovation active manufacturers in the region.
Charity Finance Group (CFG)
CFG is the charity that champions best practice in finance management in the charity and voluntary sector. BHP makes the most of its CFG membership to stay ahead in the sector and give the essential leadership on finance strategy and management that its charity clients need. CFG has more than 1,350 members, managing over £21.1 billion, putting it in the unique position to challenge regulation which threatens the effective use of charity funds.
International Trade Forum (ITF)
ITF encourages international trade in order to benefit the UK economy at large. It is business-led by Directors who are experienced in exporting and importing, as well as dealing with multiple markets. Members of ITF have access to advice, information and guidance from some of the region’s leading exporters.
Primary Care Direct (PCD)
BHP is proud to be a consortium member of Primary Care Direct, which provides essential support to GP practices via a consortium of professional services member organisations. Providing a “one-stop shop” to GP Practices, Federations and Pharmacies, Primary Care Direct offers support in a wide range of areas such as Business Management, Finance, Employment Law, Tender Management, Workforce Development, Change Management, HR and Organisational Development.
