Join the region’s leading independent firm of Chartered Accountants on our Non-Graduate Finance Apprenticeship scheme within our Statutory Accounts Preparation team, working with friendly and supportive colleagues on a range of interesting and varied client assignments.

Why Statutory Accounts Preparation?

This is a great opportunity to join a growing team within BHP, working with our corporate and charity clients and preparing accounts for audit. You will work closely with our audit team to provide the best service to our clients.

You will learn the fundamentals of accounting and understand the difference between reporting requirements for companies and charities. The size of client varies from small charity clients to large multi-national businesses and no two clients are the same.

As part of the role, you will also have the opportunity to work within our specialist charities team. At BHP we are proud of our work with the charity sector. We act for over 250 Charities and Not for Profit organisations across the UK and are passionate about what we do. Our Charities and Not for Profit team comprises of 60 specially trained individuals, located across our five offices, who have strong values, are professional and approachable.
