I am the Joint CEO of BHP and also a Partner in our specialist Corporate Finance business, Translink.

What are you most passionate about?
Fairness and honesty.

What keeps you motivated?
The desire to constantly do things better/make things better.

What advice would you give trainees starting out?
Ask loads of questions and become a brilliant listener.

What is your favourite thing to do at the weekend?
Chilling with family and friends, watching my daughter play football, walking the dog, having a nice meal and a couple of glasses of wine, going to concerts or a day at the horse racing (jumps).
