Support with the preparation of group financial statements, including those for listed companies, with good attention to detail and ability to have a hands-on approach to this, with some project management considerations
Help clients with audit support projects, such as technical paper writing and accounting for complex areas such as financial instruments and share based payment charges
Be part of key project delivery teams, on areas such as Initial Public Offerings and IFRS conversions
Support with financial reporting valuation work, including share option valuations and purchase price allocations. Examples include background research, performing basic areas of valuation or derivation of inputs, and initial report writing.
Experience of accounting practices, gained through audit or accounts work.
Some experience of project management.
Part or newly qualified.
