BHP was instructed by Action for Botton to write a confidential report regarding Camphill Village Trust (CVT).
We have seen comments attributed to Mark Barnish, CVT’s Finance Director, with regard to this report, including assertions about the conclusions in our report.
We stand by the report which was prepared upon the ambit of instructions given by our client. The instructions were to undertake a limited scope review based on information available from documents in the public domain which had been issued by CVT and assumptions provided by our client regarding the average weekly care hours provided by co-workers and employed carers.
We have responded to Mr Barnish’s correspondence and requested additional data which he believes may be relevant, but which is currently outside the public domain, with a view to considering whether it affects the analysis in our report.
