We are thrilled to launch our first Sustainability Report.
As a business we are extremely proud of our ongoing work in areas including Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), wellbeing initiatives and monitoring our environmental impact.
For the first time we have brought all our achievements together into one comprehensive document.
Our report highlights the progress we made in 2023/24 and gives us a base on which to build on our journey to become a responsible business.
It gives us an opportunity to share with our colleagues, clients and other stakeholders the many initiatives we have undertaken to create a positive impact for our people, our stakeholders and the community.
We do this in a number of ways:
- We make a difference to our people – We have created a dedicated team focused on improving the wellbeing of our people focused around four pillars of wellbeing – financial, mental, physical and social.
- We make a difference to our clients – Our latest Net Promoter Score is 79, putting us in the top 25% of professional services firms.
- We make a difference to our environment – We have reduced our carbon footprint year-on-year by 14.7%.
- We make a difference to our local communities – In 2023/24, our offices raised £21,000 for more than 30 UK charities.
- We recognise our achievements – We are accredited by Great Place to Work in areas including the UK’s Best Large Workplaces and the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women.
As a business we also recognise the vital importance of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) to us. Not only does it drive innovation and attract top talent; it’s also doing the right thing for our community.
In a market that is becoming increasingly ESG focused, we understand this is not just a tick box exercise but a shift towards creating a better world for all. We look forward to sharing more on our plans around ESG, which include achieving net zero, in due course.
