Mark has over 25 years’ experience as a tax specialist, including 18 years with a top 6 national firm. He prides himself on delivering no-nonsense, practical advice and avoiding last minute surprises by thinking outside the box to deliver innovative and workable solutions. His expertise includes tax advice for purchasers and sellers, company restructures and demergers, employee share options, tax due diligence and stamp duty advice. Whilst having raced against Chris Boardman in his younger days, Mark is currently making a steady return to cycling.
