What is your role at BHP?

As a Deal Advisory Executive, I support the delivery of transaction-related services by providing robust financial analysis and clear insights to help clients make informed decisions across acquisitions, disposals, and other strategic events.

My role spans identifying and engaging with potential acquirors and targets, performing detailed financial analysis, and preparing clear, client-ready reporting. I work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure transactions are executed efficiently and to a high standard.

I help identify key risks, opportunities, and value drivers within businesses, enabling clients to navigate complex transactions with confidence.

What are you most passionate about?

I’m most passionate about getting to know the clients I work with, understanding how their businesses operate, what drives them, and what challenges they face.

I really enjoy building strong, meaningful relationships as I learn more about each organisation.

What keeps you motivated?

I’m motivated by working collaboratively as part of a team and striving toward shared goals. Finding a real sense of achievement, both personally and collectively, is what drives me and keeps me engaged in my work.

What is your favourite thing to do at the weekend?

My favourite thing to do at the weekend is head to a yoga or pilates class, then spend time out with friends and family.
