What is your role at BHP?
I am an Audit partner based in the Chesterfield office, responsible for the audit team here and also serve as the Ethics partner for BHP. I have been with the firm for 27 years.

What are you most passionate about?
Supporting business owners to achieve their goals.

What keeps you motivated?
Seeing my team develop technically and professionally. Talking to clients.

What advice would you give trainees starting out?
Study hard and take all the learning and development opportunities you can. Ask lots of questions and learn from your colleagues.

What is your favourite thing to do at the weekend?
Relax with my family.
