Our onboarding manager will work with you to oversee the whole process and will introduce you to your dedicated payroll specialist (who will be your regular contact).
Our team will conduct an audit of all payroll data from the in-house team/previous provider. This will determine if there are any risks or missing information, with any errors being rectified before 'go live'.
Agree on a 'go live' date together and run in parallel with the payroll specialist and the in-house payroll team.
The onboarding team will draft reports for approval, and a follow-up/review will take place between both teams.
