Governance and Annual Reporting Webinar – 23 September 2021 – 2.00 pm to 3.30 pm
In this webinar, we will discuss the key changes in the Academies Trust Handbook and some topical governance issues covered by it such as the role of members and their relationship with the Board of Trustees. Also, the new Model Articles for academies.
We will also discuss the updated ESFA guidance about the Trustees Report and Governance Statement to equip you in drafting these documents for inclusion in the August 2021 annual financial statements ready for audit this autumn.
The webinar will be aimed at Trustees, Chief Executive Officers and Chief Finance Officers of academy trusts.
