Our three Export Workshops are designed to be a complementary suite of education, tips and tools to provide everything a business needs to be successful. They can be booked together or individually.

How to build successful export growth strategies

A first step or revisit of the export markets can be daunting. In this workshop, we provide you with a strategic framework to confidently take the next steps. This is particularly relevant if you want to make decisions about future growth and the organisational changes which may be required to deliver it. The need to create a business case is covered but with a difference; The difference is the creation of value that exporting can and should offer the business.
- Strategic view – How to determine the benefits of export and assess the most relevant approaches for my business
- Understanding what needs and expectations to be included in the Business case – defining the ‘why?’- as the UK seeks to create more trading relationships, a structured approach is essential for any business.
- Route to market options – explanation and considerations – defining the ‘what?’- there are multiple approaches here. This is explained to allow a deeper understanding within the leadership team.
- How to measure the ‘value’ of exporting within your organisation and what export activity may deliver to your business – defines expectation. Value creation is covered as an alternative to the standard models; this assists in decision making and targeting of investment and resource

In this interactive workshop, we help you to; refine your core brand positioning, to create a compelling message for international markets, gain clarity about which customers you should be targeting and create the marketing plan to reach them.
As a result of this course, you will gain a clear understanding of the importance of brand positioning, who your ideal customers are and how to reach them.
