Myself and Jenny are delighted to announce that BHP Chartered Accountants, along with other members of Kreston UK, have produced the 2016 GP Practices Benchmarking Report.
Now in its third year, the statistics of this report was compiled from 123 Kreston GP practices from throughout the UK, providing a significant range of data from which to produce average figures for a GP practice.
Our benchmarking report gives a detailed review of the income and expenditure of GP practices with year ends in the 2015 calendar year. The financial differentials between PMS and GMS contracts are highlighted in the report.
What is the GP Practices Benchmarking Report?
The report has been produced to help Practice Managers and Partners gain a deeper understanding of the financial performance of their practices. This is done by comparing their own performance to other practices year on year and identifying whether movements in their performance are in line with the general trend.
I am delighted to have been a part of this survey once again, as it demonstrates our commitment to the Healthcare sector. At BHP we act for over 100 GP Practices and over 400 locums, the report assists in enabling us to provide pro-active advice to our GP practices. By considering the trends, we can work with our clients to help them benchmark themselves with their peers and identify ways to improve their results.
