What is your role at BHP?
I am an Audit Partner based in the Leeds office, and I jointly lead the firm's Audit practice. I have been with the firm for nearly five years, and I manage a portfolio of private business audit clients across various industries.

What are you most passionate about?
Developing the team and seeing people progress. Creating an environment where people can thrive.

What keeps you motivated?
The variety of the role and the opportunity to build something we can all be proud of.

What advice would you give trainees starting out?
This is an incredible place to build a career. If you enter into it with the right attitude, you'll be amazed at how much you grow personally and professionally every year.

What is your favourite thing to do at the weekend?
Spending time with two very attention-hungry and energetic boys!
