A welcome addition
We support, develop and inspire our people so that they are able to realise their true potential.
What our staff say about us
The encouragement and support provided to me by BHP whilst studying for the ACA qualification was instrumental in my exam success. Staff at all levels shared their advice and experiences to aid me in the process, assisting with both the technical and emotional stresses.
However, more important to me personally, was the recognition I was given for the work I produce in my role as an employee, and the fact that even when my exam progress was behind the expected pace, this did not impact on my development within the organisation.
I chose to work at BHP because I could see that it has such a warm and welcoming environment. Starting a new job can make you feel very nervous but everyone has been very welcoming in my first few weeks which made it easy to settle in.
In the future, I would like to achieve my potential and I believe this is possible at BHP because they encourage internal progression which is crucial for your development. After speaking to people here I know I made the correct decision to join this ambitious firm.
