We are looking for a confident and solutions-focused Administration Manager to lead our central admin team, driving engagement, motivation and high performance across the function. This role offers the perfect platform to make a meaningful impact, embedding recent changes following a restructure, strengthening processes, and finding new ways to improve the service we provide to the business.

You’ll take ownership of ensuring our processes are robust, efficient, and clearly documented, while leading a dispersed regional team that plays a vital role in keeping BHP running smoothly.

This role is varied, but examples of what you’ll be working on are:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing the administration team, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
  • Embedding new processes and documenting ways of working.
  • Process mapping and identifying opportunities for efficiencies.
  • Overseeing the rollout and optimisation of our new admin ticketing system.
  • Working closely with partners, managers, and colleagues across the firm to ensure our service meets evolving business needs.
  • Capacity planning to ensure workloads are balanced and achievable.

Whether you’re looking to deepen your leadership expertise or expand your operational management skills in a professional services setting, we’ll support you with the resources, training, and career progression opportunities you need to succeed.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Extensive line management experience and a track record of driving engagement, motivation, and performance.
• Experience embedding process change and identifying efficiencies.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to document and map processes.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own car for travel to other offices.

Whilst not essential, it would be great if you have:

• Accountancy or professional services sector experience
• Change management experience
• Experience of managing a dispersed team or working regionally

We don’t expect you to tick every box. If you’re excited about this role and believe you can make a difference, we’d love to hear from you
