With multiple roles available, we’re open to applicants at a variety of levels, from Assistant Manager up to Director level.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team at the start of its journey and shape the way we work moving forward.
Our Deal Advisory service line will undertake a variety of work, providing value-added corporate finance advice to clients during mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions (typically ‘bi-lateral’ deals), fundraising and management buyouts. This will include developing new business from both existing BHP clients and potential new clients.

Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, including valuation methodologies and financial modelling.
Experience in M&A transactions across various industries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex financial information to clients.
Project management skills, demonstrating strong organisation and time management.
Desire to work with existing clients of BHP to help them meet their objectives.
Experience in building external networks and procuring leads both directly and from referrals is desirable, role dependent.
Leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate a team of professionals is desirable, role dependent.
