We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping, evolving and delivering our Learning and Development strategy. This role offers the perfect platform to make a meaningful impact by using your L&D expertise and implementing your ideas.
Developing our early careers and trainee processes, focusing on learner support, success and retention.
Designing and delivering development programmes and solutions that build our colleague, leader, team and business capability.
Developing a programme to assist with the development of high performing colleagues throughout the company.
Oversee general business training and development, including compliance, soft skills development and best practice.
Working with our People partners, Talent acquisition manager and external partners to ensure our apprentice schemes are effective and well managed.
Developing our induction plans for trainees and experienced hires.
Experience in a L&D, instructional design, or training facilitation role
Knowledge of adult learning theories, delivery styles and training methods
Awareness of L&D technology (eg. LMS, e-learning platforms)
Solid experience of L&D within a professional services environment
Awareness of apprenticeship routes and early careers schemes
Experience of working with skills frameworks
The ability to work on both strategy and delivery
The confidence to deliver engaging training sessions and coaching workshop
